I work on the backend services that power Microsoft Teams and Copilot. These are highly scalable distributed systems handling global messaging and collaboration workloads. My focus is on designing resilient architectures, improving fault tolerance, and making sound technical decisions that keep things reliable and fast. I also own CI/CD infrastructure for backend deployments, and collaborate closely with product, infrastructure, and security teams to ship robust platform capabilities.

I led and mentored the development team, driving technology decisions and development processes that improved both productivity and code quality. I partnered with the Product Owner on planning and delivery, and built a culture of knowledge sharing through code reviews, pair programming, and training. I also made key architectural decisions, defined technology stacks, and worked across teams to keep things moving.

Learned cloud deployment models, built serverless microservices on Azure, worked with Cosmos DB for flexible data structures, and set up monitoring for performance insights and automated issue resolution.
